New to McKinney TX. My car went dead in a parking lot 2 days before the holidays, found Burdicks Auto through Google search and called them. Lewis answered the phone, walked me through the process of having my car either jumpstarted or towed to the garage gave me an estimate and made everything seem so simple like he was talking to family. And truly, the experience was Not only affordable but effortless they even provided Shuttle service so I could go pick up my car. I highly recommend Burdicks and this will be my go to place for any auto needs. I have.

Very knowledgeable of European autos. Returned with an oil leak from an oil change. They were fast in evaluating and resolving the issue. When completed , the mechanic, GM & I discussed the fix. All is good. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for service. Good People!!
