Bad experience and it cost me $850

Friendly, efficient gave me a free ride home. Performed routine maintenance, discovered cause of my windshield washer problem and corrected the problem at no cost. Can't beat that.

Had low coolant problem on our car and took it to Meinke since they had a replaced a sensor 6 months earlier and thinking possible warranty. New issue and the estimate was thru the roof. Went to Burdick’s and they confirmed the issue but repairs were almost 35% less with the exact same repairs and parts. Huxley has been great on both (expensive engine) repairs we’ve needed. All while dealing with the Jaguar dealership, in the northern part of the metroplex, parts department that have been a royal PITA.

Yesterday was my second experience here at Burdick Auto and it was excellent -as was my first. I needed some bigger repairs done and I am so grateful for their wonderful shuttle service so I could get these repairs/service done while I worked. With Burdick Autos help, I will keep my wonderful little 2014 Honda Civic a/k/a Wild Blue going for many years to come. I was recommended to them as people you can trust, and I feel I can 100% recommend them, too.

The mechanics were honest, sent pictures, and were much more affordable than the dealer in completing work on my Volvo.
