I was referred to Burdicks from Car Max. Immediately Peter the Service Advisor was able to see me about my vehicle. He was very professional and did a great job explaining to me the repair process. During the entire time they had my vehicle he kept me in the loop as far as the timeframe of the repairs. They sent me a very detailed breakdown of the repairs and the costs and even performed an overall evaluation of my truck and made me aware of any potential future needs. He and Burdicks made the entire experience painless. I highly recommend Burdicks for anyone needing vehicle maintenance and will certainly use them in the future.
