They are very professional and take the time to explain everything to you and make sure you understand what's going on with the vehicle . I like that they send you an email with a check list of things to approve of for them to work on. Now I will say, they are not cheap they are one of the more expensive places BUT you get a warranty and they do a very good job so you get what you pay for. I definitely recommend them.

In all my years of driving I have never come across a mechanic business such as this. These guys are the epitome of what honesty, integrity and great work looks like. Burdick is consistently exceptional with customer service. I’ve been taking both of my cars to them for a few years now and they’re always kind, knowledgable, and never pushy. They were all booked when we tried to schedule an oil change on a Friday before heading out of town, but they squeezed us in for a late afternoon appointment and got us out in less than an hour. Price was also considerably less than McKinney Oil Exchange that wanted to charge $100 for the same service. I paid $58 at Burdick. Highly recommend!
