The mechanics and front staff do a great job. Although our vehicle did not have a positive outcome, they were upfront, and did not perform unnecessary tests to jack the price up. They were honest in their assessment allowing us to make the most educated decision. They were patient in allowing us time to set up disposition for the vehicle.

I highly recommend the good people at Burdick Auto. I refuse to take my vehicles to dealers unless absolutely necessary because I don't trust them. Completely opposite at Burdick Auto as I value their diagnosis and they do quality work and are always a pleasure to deal with. Everyone was great. Called for an inspection for a registration renewal. Done in about 30 minutes from the phone call and had to drive about 10-12 minutes to get there.
My wife and I were on the way to her doctor’s appointment in Plano. I hit an object in the road and it dislodged the plastic shield underneath our car. I looked for an auto repair shop as we were driving through McKinney and came upon this shop. They reattached the shield and had us back on the road within 15 minutes. The employees were professional and friendly. The shop was very organized. So thankful that we stopped here.
