Communications between myself and the Burdick staff was constant and informative when it came to my vehicle. These guys are awesome. Dealership tried to get me to pay $800 in diagnostics for a wiring issue on my truck and said the repair would take at least 2 weeks. Burdick had it done in 72 hours, without any nonsense fees. The cost of the entire repair was right on par with my expectations and at least 2K less than the dealership would have charged. Couldn't have asked for a friendlier group or better experience.
