These guys are awesome. Dealership tried to get me to pay $800 in diagnostics for a wiring issue on my truck and said the repair would take at least 2 weeks. Burdick had it done in 72 hours, without any nonsense fees. The cost of the entire repair was right on par with my expectations and at least 2K less than the dealership would have charged. Couldn't have asked for a friendlier group or better experience.

I've been going to Burdicks for over 20 years for all of my cars. And for all the right reasons. Never had to consider taking my repair needs anywhere else.

The employees at Burdick Auto were super to work with. Lewis was super helpful getting a tow truck secured to pick my car up in Plano and towed to Burdick. Cameron was awesome to work with as he explained everything that needed to be done to get me back on the road. They completed the repairs quickly. Burdick Auto is my hometown mechanic and I wont take my car anywhere else!

I was given multiple updates about the status of my vehicle and what was going on during the process of the repairs. The staff was extremely knowledgeable about my Range Rover. They diagnosed and fixed the air suspension issue in a matter it hours. They didn’t try and give me issues that weren’t relevant or try and upsell me on any products I don’t really need. It’s probably the best experience I’ve had with a shop.
