Burdick is fantastic, always treats us like family. Squeezed us in on a day they didn’t have to. Ended up being a fairly easy fix. I trust them completely!!

We’ve used Burdick before for a different issue and were satisfied so when the brakes started squeaking and humming, I brought the van to Burdick again. Service was fast and the atmosphere is friendly. And my new brakes, front and back, work great!

I was thankful that they were able to work on my vehicle, because some people can't, and get it drivable within a week. They were $2000 cheaper than my first diagnostic. I was thankful they didn't take advantage of me because I was traveling. Would I take my vehicle back? Yes. Once again I am thankful Burdick Auto Solutions.

Ive been coming here for years, 2 different vehicles, and I always feel great when I leave (even after spending alot of money sometimes) very professional and responsive with questions. No pressure to fix things that aren't immediate needs but they will inform you and give you a heads up on what your car might be needing. As long as I have a car out of the manufacturer warranty, I will come here!!!!

Excellent customer service from the moment I called them! They fixed my daughter’s A/C problem quickly and at an affordable price. From the front desk, mgr, to the technician they were amazing! We will trust them with any car issues in the future! Highly Recommend!!
