I enjoyed the experience with Burdick Auto Solutions. We brought our 2017 Grand Caravan in for the back to school special and they checked the vehicle and made recommendations. It was easy to approve or decline the items we wanted. We picked a few items like the alignment, brake fluid change and air intake system cleaning. I have to say I noticed a significant difference in the power and smoothness of excelleration of the vehicle. I am happy we went to Burdick.

Reliable at a fair price. Dropped my truck off with engine light on. Diagnostics were preformed and I received a detailed summary off of the issues. These were prioritized in order of necessity with pricing. Transparency at its best. Work was preformed and completed in time estimated and priced as quoted. Very positive experience!!

Miguel is a very unprofessional manager. We took our bus there for a church business and waited 1 week for them to do literally nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Please do not go here as they are a trash business and don’t deserve any customers.

I of course don’t know a lot about cars but they take the time to explain what is going on and the best course of action while providing with the price breakdown of everything so you are not surprised. Allowing you to approve or disapprove of anything done to your car. Love the way their interface is set up, extremely easy to use and well put together. Their front desk team is so friendly and welcoming too and easy to work with. They make sure to communicate with you every step of the way. A plus is that they offer ride homes when dropping off your car just in case you don’t have a ride which is very helpful. Shoutout to Huxley for helping during my appointment!
