Luis was friendly, gave a detailed explanation of the repairs and associated costs. He also went out of his way to make sure we got our car back. They have also given me spur of the moment 2nd opinions which have been extremely helpful.

They have been my goto place for auto repairs for many years. I have trusted them for everything from oil changes to clutch replacements and more recently a complete engine replacement. They are easy to work with, great at their jobs, stand by their work, and great communication throughout the entire process.

Old Burdick: Honest description of condition and reasonable rates. Today's Burdick: Exaggerated estimates, baseless upselling, marked up parts and outlandishly shocking labor prices! Diagnostics on parts you did not ask to be checked, cause the car not to start upon pickup. Many of us have noticed the changes over the years. Sad. :-/
