Very convenient that they opened at 7am. They were knowledgeable about the make and model of my car. The shuttle service back to my house was quick and everything was efficient.

The people at Burdick’s are just simply awesome good people! They are courteous, respectful, helpful, friendly & honest! I had an appt. for an alignment scheduled later in the week as I had most of the front end components replaced along with all new shocks on my 2013 f250 Super Duty. The front end work was completed in a reasonable amount of time. So not wanting to drive many miles with the truck needing an alignment I called Burdick’s spoke to Luis about getting the truck in that day. Luis was very helpful and was able to accommodate my request with an appointment later that day. I arrived about 20 minutes before my appointment so total time there was about an hour and twenty minutes. I know it was just an alignment but, when I got in the truck, the steering wheel was perfectly dead center! Again the people at Burdick’s are awesome! I always recommend them when I encounter people needing automotive repairs!

Well they took a old BMW that had been sitting dead for 2 years and brought it back to life for us, and at a reasonable price. Thank you guys

They are very professional and take the time to explain everything to you and make sure you understand what's going on with the vehicle . I like that they send you an email with a check list of things to approve of for them to work on. Now I will say, they are not cheap they are one of the more expensive places BUT you get a warranty and they do a very good job so you get what you pay for. I definitely recommend them.
