Burdick is consistently exceptional with customer service. I’ve been taking both of my cars to them for a few years now and they’re always kind, knowledgable, and never pushy. They were all booked when we tried to schedule an oil change on a Friday before heading out of town, but they squeezed us in for a late afternoon appointment and got us out in less than an hour. Price was also considerably less than McKinney Oil Exchange that wanted to charge $100 for the same service. I paid $58 at Burdick. Highly recommend!

Great team they have at Burdick. They were able to properly diagnose a steering issue that had been missed by several other mechanics. I feel like this shop actually takes the time to do quality work and cares about my vehicle and my business. It's worth the drive for me to have a reputable shop take care of all my repairs and services from here on.

This an honest shop with high integrity. I suspected a leaking water pump. After substantial testing no leak was found. This was a fine opportunity to do significant expensive but unnecessary repairs. Instead my truck was returned with a clean bill of health. I will not take my vehicle anywhere else.
