Took my truck to Burdick recently after getting some bad news from the dealership as a second opinion. They unfortunately confirmed the bad news, but I’ll take these guys word as gospel. Seem very trustworthy, great communication, and genuine concern for my situation. They made it so easy to handle my business. I got into a new vehicle and will be taking it back to them anytime it needs something. I’ve been going to Burdick since 2021.

Very nice and beautiful place aver

We asked for a full inspection of our car and a detailed report with photos was provided with those areas the car passed, would need attention in the future and repair that should happen immediately within a couple of hours of dropping the car! We worked with our service advisor and repairs were made quickly and we are very happy with our vehicle.

I have used Burdicks for several years. Service is efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I wont let anyone else work on my aged pick-up. Prices are reasonable and Customer Service is second to none.

Who knew that getting work done on your car could be simple and easy?! These guys communicated promptly and clearly, and there was never a sales pitch to add on services. The work got done quickly, and my car was ready to go when I arrived to pick it up—no waiting for someone to find the keys or remember where they parked the car like I’ve had in the past. It’s so nice to finally have car guys I can trust!
