I am repeatedly impressed by the fact that they do not try to do work that is not needed. I can count on an honest appraisal of what repairs and preventative maintenance are required, nothing more. Once again, Burdick has saved the day. They go above and beyond every single time. Great customer service, very clear explanations, and quick repairs. They also have a new texting system where they send you a quote and explanation of your needed repairs. I loved this feature as it made it much easier to discuss repairs with my husband before giving Burdick the go ahead on everything. I trust Burdick completely and appreciate the professionalism, friendliness and honesty of all of their employees!
