We have been using Burdick Auto Solutions for years and every time its the same great service. They explain the problem well and give us the solutions to the problems. We are also in the service industry for air conditioning with several trucks in the fleet. Burdick Auto Solutions have the same values we do, HONESTY, INTEGRITY, and the constant attention to customer service/ satisfaction.

They have helped me before on another car and came highly recommended from some friends. I called and spoke to Earl after something I had been working on for two days would not run. He gladly spent probably 15 minutes on the phone with me before agreeing to let me have towed to his shop. Late morning the following day they called to tell me it was ready. I had two plugs switched. Everything worked like a charm, the pricing was reasonable and I was treated with respect. I will wholeheartedly be back. Thanks again for honest people like you all!
