My local dealship which I've been using for years gave me a large quote on repairs to fix my Lexus.I was looking for a second opinion. I took my car to Burdick Auto. When I received my car back I was very impressed with the service and honesty level. Before my car went in for a checkup at Burdick Auto I took my car to Autozone to see what codes the car was reading. Autozone showed me my 16 OBD connect pin was push back into the dash boarded making it dificult for the reader to connect into the 16 OBD pin. I was not pleased as my local dealer used this pin regularly and didn't bother to fix it. I never informed Burdick Auto about the faulty pin.When I got my car back from Burdick Auto they repaired the pin without charging me. In fact they didn't even mention it to me. If a company like this can take the time to fix something that they didn't break shows me the pride they take in looking after you car. I will recommend Burdick Auto to all my friends. Well done!
