Detailed analysis of the issue. Good communication between the shop and I. Nice conversation with my courtesy driver (twice in one day!). Very fair pricing and turn around time. They are the only shop I would let touch my car. Been going for years and have never had a bad experience.

My son-in-law had given me your name months ago with a high recommendation. This past Saturday I noticed my headlight died and for the life of me I could not get it out. I decided to give you a try. Michael was on his way out of the shop when I arrived and overheard my discussion of what I needed. He took a look and said I was trying to get the wrong bulb out! Although he and I are around the same age I felt like I was working on cars again with my father (A good thing!). Within 10 minutes he showed me where the bulb was, removed and replaced it with a new one. All for $13.!! Honda said it could be as high as $760.00 because sometimes they have to remove the bumper!!!! I'm certain I'll be back when more work is needed. Thanks

Burdick is the place to go for honest answers, great work and reasonable prices!

About eight months ago, Burdick recommended that I have the back brakes checked in six months. Hence, this visit. However, I was concerned about the front ones. They replaced the back brakes, but advised that the front brakes had about another 5-6 moths. Appreciated their recommendation.

From the moment I called until picking up my vehicle, Earl and the entire crew were extremely nice, helpful and bent over backwards to have my truck finished. I had been looking for a good mechanic that wouldn't do unnecessary work but was an honest man and I have finally found that at Burdick Auto Solutions. If I have any work that needs to be done, I'll bring it back here. Customer Service has been lost in most businesses but these definitely know how to treat their customers which is why I won't use any other mechanic. They have definitely earned my respect and business.

I have come to expect service that exceeds expectations and you guys continue to provide it. Not just the technical excellence that Lot provides but across the board service from the front desk through the shop. I had a conversation just yesterday with a McKinney native who was unaware of Burdick. I believe Kelly Towrey will come though the front door any day now. I know he will be welcome.
