The staff were polite and personable and the pricing was fair. Most importantly they were honest. Thought I had a parasitic power draw, dropped the car off expecting to pay the $100 fee to diagnose. Turned out to be just a bad battery so they only charged me half price for looking at it.

Thanks for the detailed review Jake. We aren't perfect but try to limit our mistakes. The one thing we don't compromise on is honesty, that is a core attribute of who we are.

I have taken my cars to Burdick for 20 years. They always provide honest and ethical service. After moving 70 miles away, we tried a local shop. We quickly learned our lesson, took our car to Burdick where they never gave up in diagnosing and fixing the problem. We will ALWAYS go back to Burdick!

We had an excellant experience with Burdick. We needed brake work done and they gave us options and choices instead of trying to build up the sales billing, like most shops do. We were amazed at how reasonable the cost was. We will be back!

Friendly and they explain things in detail to make sure you understand. They seem to be thorough and clean when doing their work on your car. It was nice to get my car back from them and not have grease all over my door handle, gear shift and steering wheel.
