I brought my car in because the ac blower was not working, this was on a Friday. I called after lunch and they said it was the blower motor and they may not be able to get it till Monday. I resigned myself to the fact I will not have a car over the weekend. Later that day, they called and said my car was ready, which was a surprise. I also asked them to check a noise in the back of the car, I thought it might be a shock absorber. The tech said it was a loose shock and they tightened it at no charge, very nice. I will return to these guys, they seem to run a good shop.
