I've been taking my car to Burdick's for over 10 years and they are the best! They do great work at a fair price. They're honest and won't do work that isn't needed. They're friendly and patient and always make me feel like they care. As a bonus they have a pleasant waiting area with Wifi. Highly recommended!

I love how transparent they are. I told them that my car is old and doesn't cost very much, so their mechanics will only recommend repairs that are really necessary to keep it running. I don't ever feel like they are trying to up-sale me. They just do a solid job of keeping that puppy humming.

Honesty and skill. They don't try to get you to do things that aren't needed. They're honest and capable, which is (sadly) a rare thing in the auto repair industry. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing!!! I wasn't sure if I wanted to replace something and Earl spent a LONG time explaining how to monitor it, what to do when it did run low, and how to fix it. He made sure I felt comfortable handling it and I never felt rushed. I really appreciated the honestly (could have just told me to replace now) and time he spent teaching me till I was comfortable. This was not the first time I have had great customer service here. They are consistently awesome. They don't recommend every little thing, so when they do say they recommend something, I believe them.

I've had disappointing experiences at different auto repair shops through the years. Not anymore, because I've found Burdick Auto Solutions. I've been there more times than I can remember, and visit after visit, they've earned a 5 out of 5 star rating. These guys are really good. The few minor issues I've had with repairs they've done, (like, only 3 out of 100) have been explained to me in a way I could totally understand, and/or made right, quickly and cordially. I'm completely satisfied with them. They're easy to talk to and work with. If you're not happy for any reason, they'll try hard to make it right. They gave me great advice by phone when I was out of town and called them one time. They even called me back later, unprompted, just to make sure I was okay and being taken care of. If you are anywhere near them, I recommend you use them for all of your auto repair needs. Reasonable prices, friendliness, honesty, expertise, and excellence.
