I trust Burdick, and that is the most important thing, when it comes to automotive repair. I've always found them to be reasonably priced...also very important! This time I would have liked the communication to be a little more proactive. Jimmy is generally fantastic, and he always takes the time to explain. Over the course of two days, I waited until late in the day (both days) to call and get a status update. I don't feel like I was being impatient, but maybe I was. At any rate, both times, they were quick to return my calls. In the end, my AC works great and the price exactly matched the quote. Very nearly 5 stars!

I have always found great service and fair pricing at Burdick's. They're pretty fast at getting the work done too which helps because they're so busy there is often a wait time of a few days before they can even start on the car
