The level of professionalism displayed by the team at Burdick is unmatched, I never thought I would give a rave review for a mechanic shop but here I am with nothing but high praises for them! They went above and beyond to make sure my truck was sorted out and they fought tooth and nail with the warranty company to make sure I was taken care of. If you want a hassle free experience with honest hard working folks go see them! You will not be disappointed

We love our new mechanics at Burdick's! They are so friendly and professional! They inspected our truck and found a lot of issues with it, and sent us an email with all the details. They even took pictures so we could understand the issues. Robert and Huxley are awesome, and I didn't get the name of the gentleman that took our payment, but he was extremely nice and explained a lot! They even had the mechanic come show us some issues under the truck. He was very nice too! I would highly recommend this place! We will be coming back with my daughters car! Thank you!

Staff extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Auto part ordered in advance of repair. Shop was ready to receive auto being towed in. Repair was efficiently completed and we were promptly notified it was available for pick up. No $$ surprises to quoted repair costs.
