Wow, just when you think you have received good customer service, along comes Burdick Auto Solutions. I put one family vehicle in the shop for major transmission replacement and got a "Loaner" vehicle, then our 2nd family vehicle had a Belt Tensioner Pulley fail and received a 2nd "Loaner", they finished with the Transmission replacement and was actually bringing the vehicle to my workplace when a Check Engine light came on and they had to return to the shop, after a little while, at their closing time, they found a minor switching of vacuum lines, fixed with NO charge, allowed me to keep the "Loaner" overnight and I picked up my vehicle the next morning and then they finished the 2nd vehicle, had it ready that afternoon, all work done satisfactorily again as I have been using them as my "Go To" Mechanic shop for the past 4 or 5 years.
