Very polite and listened to my description of the problem. Fully informed me of the possibilities and expense. When the problem was confirmed and determined to still be under warranty, recommended to take vehicle to dealership for repair as this was the cheapest route for me.

Years ago, I used to take my cars to the big corporate repair places because they were nationwide (you know who) and I can't tell you how many times I later regretted taking my car there, but kept going back because I felt like I had no alternative. Then 5 years ago, I moved to McKinney had this intermittent problem with my car that nobody could seem to fix. So my neighbor told me about Burdick Auto Solutions and I gave them a try. They found and fixed the problem at a reasonable price and I have been a satisfied customer ever since. I was relieved to finally find an honest team of mechanics who didn't try to rip me off. Today, I only trust Earl Burdick and his team to work on any my cars and I highly recommend them.
