The level of customer service you receive here is absolutely amazing. I have never had such a great relationship with an auto shop before. They shoot straight and keep you well informed. They also stand behind their work. I can not recommend their effort to change a bad situation into a good experience enough. Every time I have gone to them they have gone above and beyond.

These ladies and gents are the best in the business. Randy and Lee are my guys. Explained everything to me. Didn't sell me any bs. Came to then as a second opinion on some big time repairs for my truck, they basically found out the real problems the other shop was gonna charge me double for stuff I didn't need. They have my continued business. They'll definitely be the only place I take my vehicles to.

The wife was visiting her sister from Chicago and she recommended this shop because she was getting a check engine light on her 2014 Encore. My wife provided a diagnostic report from the local auto zone pointing to the turbo unit and asked for a specific quote to confirm and replace. The estimate came back for $1317 for everything else except for the turbo unit. Mechanic Randy confirmed that the coil pack was causing all the issues so she walked out of there with a $575 bill for plugs and coil pack which costs about $70 at the local auto shop and should take 30 minutes to complete. The markup on labor and parts is unreal, astronomical, and higher than most dealers! I've had a better experience getting robbed at gun point. DO NOT GO HERE!!! The check engine light came on again on her way back, I hope Randy uses some of my stolen money and buys himself a diagnostic tool from the local Auto Zone. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
