Great from beginning to end

Staff was enthusiastic and professional. Wait time dripping off and picking up was minimal and I liked the staff bringing my car up. I was a bit disappointed that I was without my car for nearly a week with a relatively simple repair, but the repair appears to have been done well. This is the 2nd time that I bring my car to Burdick and in both times they have given me an excellent service. I am mostly amazed at their honesty and how they go beyond expectations. The first time they fixed a problem that 2 other places had not been able to solve. The 2nd time they were able to perform a job at a cheaper price than what was originally quoted. McKinney’s best repair shop award is well deserved!

Customer service was good and have no complaints about service to my vehicle. I was a bit disappointed that it took nearly a week to get my car back. Will have to be more mindful of service scheduling. Overall, good job!
