Great experience & an awesome staff. Dropped my truck off, mid-morning, & received the diagnosis along with recommendations, by the end of the day. I love their automated messaging system that gives the recommendations, along with price, & you can either accept or decline the repairs. They are a great local business & I will definitely use them again!

They are very honest! I intermittently heard a noise in my car. They did a courtesy diagnostic evaluation. They did not find a problem so I was not charged. Every person I dealt with at Burdick was courteous and helpful. They even took me home and picked me up to get my car. I used them once before for a repair. The problem was quickly fixed ,at a reasonable rate, and I received the same courteous customer service.

My check engine light turned on today and I pulled in to Burdick Auto Solutions for help... and honestly I cannot say enough about how amazing the employees of this establishment are.. I was helped by Adam.. and Lee.. and they answered all my questions, they checked the light code, they went above and Beyond. I now understand why this place gets 5 stars!!! I will from now on ...always do business here!! Do not go anywhere else... This is the place to take your vehicles!!!!
