made appointment on line --upon recommendation from a friend. received a reply within hours that my time was secured. went in expecting to wait--but my car was put in a bay as scheduled--and I was given a report within 30 min. that the problem had two solutions--order a part and come back - or allow a repair (knowing that if it didn't fix the problem-I could call to order the part and come in to have it installed quickly).
