I've been taking my car to Burdick's for over 10 years and they are the best! They do great work at a fair price. They're honest and won't do work that isn't needed. They're friendly and patient and always make me feel like they care. As a bonus they have a pleasant waiting area with Wifi. Highly recommended!

I love how transparent they are. I told them that my car is old and doesn't cost very much, so their mechanics will only recommend repairs that are really necessary to keep it running. I don't ever feel like they are trying to up-sale me. They just do a solid job of keeping that puppy humming.

Honesty and skill. They don't try to get you to do things that aren't needed. They're honest and capable, which is (sadly) a rare thing in the auto repair industry. Highly recommended!

This place is amazing!!! I wasn't sure if I wanted to replace something and Earl spent a LONG time explaining how to monitor it, what to do when it did run low, and how to fix it. He made sure I felt comfortable handling it and I never felt rushed. I really appreciated the honestly (could have just told me to replace now) and time he spent teaching me till I was comfortable. This was not the first time I have had great customer service here. They are consistently awesome. They don't recommend every little thing, so when they do say they recommend something, I believe them.
