Professional service, good faculties, and A-1 customer service. I've now used Burdick for a number of service needs on my 1990 Chevy. They are friendly, fair, and do an outstanding job; and for that I will bump them from 4 stars to 5 stars. My 1990 Chevy truck needs a number of things done to it and I will continue to go to Burdick for my service needs.

Excellent customer service. Great work done in a timely manner. They also warned me of an additional part possibly needing replaced, but luckily I guess it wasn't necessary. It was nice that they were honest and didn't just replace it to make an extra buck. I'm very happy!

My car has been to Burdick Auto Sllurions twice, and both times they have been honest, fair, quick, and very kind. The second time, they even tried to walk me through fixing the problem on the phone. I highly recommend them if you have any car problems.

This was my fourth visit to Burdick‘s automotive and I would not go anywhere else. They are incredibly upfront and honest about what needs to be done to your vehicle. They will prioritize it knowing that not everyone can afford to pay a large bill all at once. The online reservation system is excellent and they always get me right in at the exact time I schedule. They also communicate via Text to let you know the progress of repairs.

Took my vehicle to another mechanic, was quoted over 2k in work but had a bad feeling like I was being taken... took to Burdick and they confirmed the 2k of work was not required. The work that was done went well and was reasonably priced. Highly recommend

Honest shop. They do good work and back it up. My car broke down in Arlington and I paid the tow cost to have my car towed to McKinney to Burdick's shop. Trust them.
