Burdick has kept both of our cars on the road safely for hundreds of thousands of miles. Most recently they spent days making sure they got the car to act up to diagnose the issues. They were thorough, honest, more than fair, and got everything fixed for us. We trust them and will always use them to keep our cars running smoothly!

We, my husband and I , have been dealing with The Burdick Auto Solutions for more than 10 years. Having owned many cars in that time frame , Mr. Burdick and his team have always serviced our vehicles and us with a polite and timely manner. We have also taken vehicles to him to make sure that we are making a good decision on used vehicles. Will continue using his services in the future.

They allowed me to leave their shop with no oil on the dipstick. Owner never called me back to talk about the situation. Not happy at all.

Hi Bill, thank you for your review and it was good talking to you about it. I know we recommended an oil change but that doesn't matter. We always want to get better and as we mentioned in our conversation, we took immediate steps to prevent this from ever happening again by creating specific processes and policies for all our team. We then had a company meeting where these were announced and everyone was trained. We had some internal miscommunication when your vehicle was here, but we're taking measures to prevent this in the future. I can not say enough great things about Burdick Auto Solutions. You drop your vehicle off, they give you updates, and let you know when when your vehicle is finished. They are polite, courteous, caring, and professional. Hands down the BEST shop around, and most importantly, local.
